- Day Care Facilities may be called Day Hospitals, Centres, Facilities or Units. A Day Care Facility provided for the clinical treatment, assessment and maintenance of function of PATIENTS, in particular, though not exclusively, those who are elderly, mentally ill or have Learning Difficulties.
